OYAKO-DON

Chiken and egg bowl "OYAKO-DON"
Cooked sweet potatoes with honey and lemon

OYAKO-DON is typical bowl dish in Japan.
OYA means parents, KO means child.
It's made from chiken and egg ( and onion, dashi, soysource, and MIRIN or sugar).
What a cruel name....but it's really tasty, and easy to cook:).
