I had lived in California for a year, and sometimes I was surprised from how Japanese homestyle dishes are not known.
So I'd like to try to show you what I cook usually. I'd be happy if these posts become some help for knowing about Japanese homestyle dishes.
What a nice way to eat your vegetables! It's not traditional, but do you add meat or some kind of protein?
ReplyDeleteYes, I added humburger steak that I made and kept in our freezer. Maybe Ratatouille is vegitable-only dish, but with meat, it was nice, too!
