Sashimi
I've bought these fresh sardines at fish market. And tried to make them Sashimi for the first time in my life!
It took much time...however, tastes good. :)
The deboning. You can use your fingers, but The sardines were easy to break and be spoiled... :( Maybe I should practice more. Somehow sashimi is nice to prepare since they're tasty themselves!
Welcome to my blog. I'm Makiko, and live in Chiba, Japan.
I had lived in California for a year, and sometimes I was surprised from how Japanese homestyle dishes are not known.
So I'd like to try to show you what I cook usually. I'd be happy if these posts become some help for knowing about Japanese homestyle dishes.
Whoa! Good job.
