I found this shrimp recipe at "NEW COOK BOOK" by BetterHomes.

I cooked as book said, but shrimp became a little bit hard. Stir fry of seafood is difficult.

Dried Japanese radish is common preserved food in Japan.

The radish was cut, and sun-dried.

We soak it into water, and then, boil with soysorce, water, and sake.
